Sealed quotations are invited from Manufacturers/ Distributer (with sound financial position and having good credentials) for the supply of school diaries in bulk quantities of different sizes for Schools run by the society. The estimated cost of the tender is Rs. 2 lakh.
The rate should be quoted per piece (Excluding GST)
Earnest money of Rs. 5,000 (five thousand) should be deposited in favor of “The Panchasayar Education Society” in the form of a bank draft along with the credential & GST registration certificate of the agency. Earnest money will be refunded to unsuccessful agencies in due course
Samples are available with the office of the society in above address during office hours of all working days.
Rate and sample of papers & jacket should be submitted in a separate sealed envelope.
Last date & time of receiving of quotation: 21-11-2022 up to 1:30 pm
The quotation will be open on: 22-11-2022 at 3:00 pm
Authority has reserve the right to cancel any quotation without assigning any reasons.
