এতদ্বারা নবম ও দশম শ্রেণীর ছাত্র ছাত্রীদের অবগতির জন্য জানানো হচ্ছে যে আগামী ১২.৩.২০২১ থেকে তোমাদের ৬ টি পিরিয়ড হবে। মাঝে ২০ মিনিটের বিরতি থাকবে। তোমরা শুকনো খাবার ছাড়া অন্য কিছু টিফিনে আনবে না। কোনো ভাবে পরস্পর টিফিন বিনিময় করবে না। তোমাদের ছুটি হবে ৩.৩০ মিনিটে। দশম শ্রেণীর ক্ষেত্রে আগামী সপ্তাহের জন্য প্রতি শুক্রবার অতি অবশ্য সম্মতি পত্র জমা দিতে হবে। নবম শ্রেণীর ক্ষেত্রে প্রতি সপ্তাহে সোমবার সম্মতি পত্র জমা দিতে হবে। যদি কোনো ছাত্র/ ছাত্রীর অভিভাবক/ অভিভাবিকা উক্ত নির্দিষ্ট দিনে সম্মতি পত্র জমা না দেন তাহলে ছাত্র/ ছাত্রী যেদিন স্কুলে আসবে তার আগের দিন ( শনিবার,রবিবার নয়) অতি অবশ্য সম্মতি পত্র জমা দিতে হবে।

Examination – এর Registration form – এর check list – এ স্বাক্ষর করতে হবে। ওইদিন স্কুলে অনুপস্থিত থাকলে তোমার registration – এ অসুবিধা হবে। ওইদিন স্কুলে উপস্থিত আবশ্যক।
