Inviting Quotations
Sealed quotations are invited from Manufacturer/ Distributor/ Suppliers(with sound financial position and having good credential) for supply of school exercise books in bulk quantity of different sizes for Schools run by the society.
Rate should be quoted per book including coverpage&excluding GST.
Earnest money of Rs. 20,000 (twentythousand) should be deposited in favor of “The Panchasayar Education Society” in the form of bank draft along with credential& GST registration certificate of the agency. Earnest money will be refunded to unsuccessful agencies in due course.
Samples are available with the office of the society in above address during office hours of all working days.
Technical Specification of Ex-Books is attached herewith.
Rate and sample should be submitted in separate sealed envelope.
Last date & time of receiving of quotation : 30-11-2021 up to 1:30 pm
Quotation will be open on : 01-12-2021 at 3:00 pm
Authority has reserve the right to cancel any quotation without assigning any reasons.
